When you submit a request, here is exactly what happens.
Our main focus is China, which covers the vast majority of what our clients need — from manufacturing and electronics to textiles, furniture, and consumer goods. If a specific product is better sourced elsewhere in Asia, we discuss that case by case, but China is where our experience and network is strongest.
We offer three shipping options depending on your budget, product type, and timeline:
-Ocean freight — typically 45–68 days from departure. The most cost-effective option for larger volumes.
-Land freight — approximately 5–6 weeks, though transit time can vary depending on the route and border conditions.
-Air freight — approximately 2–3 weeks. Transit time may vary depending on flight schedule, customs clearance, and final delivery conditions.

We help prepare and coordinate the required shipping documents to support the clearance process. However, the actual customs clearance is carried out by the authorities at the destination country, and their processing time can vary. Some delays may also occur depending on the product type or origin. We do our best to make sure everything is in order before the shipment arrives.
There is no fixed minimum. We work with both smaller test orders and larger volumes depending on the product and factory requirements. Each project is assessed individually — if you are unsure whether your order size works, just get in touch and we will let you know.
Yes. Our team can visit the factory in person — meeting with the manufacturer, reviewing production processes, checking the materials used, and inspecting the finished goods before they are shipped. This includes discussing quality requirements, verifying quantities and packaging, and having direct conversations with the factory about any concerns or expectations. It gives you a much clearer picture of who you are working with before committing to a larger order.
We can arrange storage for your goods depending on the product type and what we agree on together. This includes receiving shipments, repacking, relabelling, consolidating cargo from multiple suppliers, and preparing everything for onward delivery. The exact terms and services are discussed individually based on your needs.
We work with bank transfer (SWIFT) only. Full payment is required before the order is processed — we do not offer credit terms or instalment options. All costs are clearly outlined before you commit, with no hidden fees or surprise charges.
